Labor Day Weekend!

Labor Day weekend is a great time to sign-off from summer by doing something fun outside before buckling down for the fall and another school year.  The three days provide enough time to head out of town somewhere exciting, visit family, or just have plenty of time around home for a "stay-vacation".  That is exactly what I did this year with my family....we just had fun here locally around Truckee.  The highlight was spending a day out at Jackson Meadows Reservoir with my kids and parents water-skiing and hanging out.  On our last runs of the day late afternoon we were the only boat on the lake!  There was also smooth calm water so you could literally ski great runs anywhere in the lake.  The good time was capped off by the smiles on my kids faces.  One of my son's got up on skis for the first time and my daughter was able to learn how to salom ski (one ski).  Good memories.

    labor day i did what i usually do, watch youtube. i went for a long walk out in the woods though and i finished a book i was reading.

    my labor day highlight was on saturday when i went to a taylor swift concert after a day of shopping. the taylor swift concert was awsome. she had a bunch of different sets, fireworks and confetti.

    This labor day weekend i went to a music festival up by yosemite. It was very fun. I was able to listen to fun music and eat good food.

    I went to work..and sooo many people were being relly mean towards me and one of those people wanted me to get fired..arent people so nice nowadayz? and labor day my family and me got together and made Carne Asada.

    This labor day, I was able to go to reno and play paintball at an indoor course called Reno Indoor Paintball. Or, R.I.P. My family also went to the rib cook-off on sunday night. Over all,I had a great labor day weekend

    This weekend I went to a Quincenera on Friday and did a bunch of dancing which was really fun! The next two days I worked which was really, really busy but I helped my Supervisor out with extra assignments so it made me feel accomplished because I stepped up on a really busy weekend. On Monday, I just relaxed at home with my family and later in the day I went to Reno and bought my first smartphone, which cost me like half of my paycheck, but it was worth it :)

    Over Labor day weekend i went to Santa Cruz and went to the boardwalk!I also went shopping and to the beach i got to go with my friend and her sister and it was oober fun! except for the driving home part.

    Friday i went over to a friends house and we di the kind of stuff we kids do. The next day i went to Reno and saw a movie. And on Friday I did pretty much nothing, and that was my weekend. :)

    This labor day weekend, I spent a lot of time playing volleyball. Our varsity team participated in the high sierra volleyball tournament filled with the equivalent of 4A schools from northern California and Nevada. We finished tied for ninth out of thirty-six teams... not bad. On Monday, I went up to Hawks Peak in Tahoe Donner. It was a beautiful weekend, and I wish I could have spent more of it outdoors.

    All I did over the weekend was to hang out with my friends and went to the park to play soccer. I also stayed home and played videogames.
